that awkward moment when...

Oh man, don't you love that awkward moment when you are dancing in your car at a stoplight, look over to the car next to you, and see that the person has been watching and laughing at you the whole time?

It only gets more awkward when you immediately stop dancing and stare straight ahead, refusing to look back over, as you shamefully wait another 2 minutes for the dang light to turn green.

Wait, you mean that has never happened to you?

Oh. Yeah. Me neither.

I got the job! WAHOO! The interview went fabulously and they offered me the job! I'm super stoked!

But...(disclaimer: this is very personal information and I'm sorry if you become offended and hate me forever more and then decide to stop reading my blog...but I'm going to be completely honest. When I started this blog I decided to tell you what goes on in my life and in my head...even if it is embarassing and personal)

I have to go pee in a cup. Yikes :S

I haven't peed in a cup since I was a kid and from what I remember...it was a little awkward. Ok...SUPER awkward. What if I get it on myself? Am I the only person who gets nervous about that? What if I just can't get myself to go? Do I just walk out and awkwardly hand them an empty cup? HA! That would be embarrassing. I'm not a druggie, but what if I don't pass for some reason?

I'm nervous...it can't be that bad, right? I'm an adult, I can do this, right? Right?!

Wowen (pronounced "woah-when") is a nickname my youngest brother gave me before he could say his l's and r's. Before I knew it, the whole family was calling me Wowen and the name stuck.

Hello all! Yes, I have finally decided to join the blogging world...are you proud? When I first brought this idea up with a few friends, I was answered with mixed emotions...most were very supportive helping me come up with ideas for names (thanks mars bars), but there was one particular individual (we won't name names...you know who you are) who told me that I would most likely become a "geek" who spent all my time blogging and would replace them with a computer! How absurd, right?! Well, to this certain individual, I just want to say...you are crazy, I love you way more than my computer and I appreciate your support now that I have actually created your replacement! Ha!
